It is not a first for me to shoot a couple that are both chefs (which by the way sounds really weird because shouldn’t the plural form of chef be cheves? whatever), but what’s really interesting is that the bride, Trixie, is a chef for the Edsa Shangri-la hotel, which is one of the best in Manila and where the wedding reception was actually held. For a guest, It is like home-cooking at a much much larger and grander scale.

There are a lot of beautiful thing about this wedding and I’m sure you will enjoy the photos throughout the day. One really spectacular advantage that we had having Trixie and Kenneth as a couple was the fact that we were allowed to shoot inside the Heat restaurant in the hotel. I’m pretty sure that due to the hectic nature of the schedule of this buffet restaurant, it’s unthinkable to be able to shoot here, much more shoot here like how we shoot it in metrophoto. But like I said, it is what happened and that was what we just did.

Overall, it was one truly wonderful day blessed with a really great couple and everyone else that took part in their wedding. Enjoy the photos.
