We’re living-up to our promise and we’re back with another lovely blog feature. Though this post may seem long long overdue, I can’t seem to stop thinking like it was just last week that we celebrated this truly beautiful wedding of Ellen and Kendrick. This event had the theme “100 months in the making”, marking their 100th month of being together. And seeing how it is filled with everything anyone would want for their wedding, it’s easy to get confused if it literally took 100 months to plan the wedding. hahaha. The many photos that are ahead of you will show you what I mean, but aside from what would be obvious in the photographs, I would just like to also mention that it is the first time I’ve seen a wedding gown that had four different looks – and it didn’t have that many looks just for the sake of it, each one so different and beautiful on its own.
Before I let you indulge on the photographs, I would just like to say how dear Ellen and Kendrick are to me. They are truly one of the sweetest, nicest, people you can ever meet. In fact, In my recent workshops, I showed Ellen’s reply to one of my emails after their wedding as an example to the participants of how personal and heartfelt each of our weddings is, how we treat each and every couple as special as possible. Here’s the except:
Dearest Oly,
We just saw the photos you attached and we are just overwhelmed. Thank you for capturing beautifully these priceless moments in our big day. We can’t wait to see all the shots in the next weeks! Kindly send the USB to our home address. You can get in touch with either of us anytime :-)
Again thanks so much Oly, not just for being our favorite photographer but for being our good friend too. Let’s catch up sometime soon! By the way, we got you a little thank you gift that we’ll send to you.
It is things like these that make us love what we do even more. It is things like these that make it beyond the business and more into the bond of friendship. It is things like these that make it not just about wedding photos, but an entirely wonderful and unforgettable experience. :)
Check out this clip from my most favorite movie of all time. From 3:40 to 4:15 and you’ll get what we mean by the Metrophoto experience :)
So there, please do enjoy the photos and be back for more. For those of you who find Ellen and Kendrick familiar, it is because they are all are the place. They launched a new environment-friendly product and they are also one of the owners of Early Bird Breakfast Club, a new all-day breakfast rest in Manila. Check it out: Early Bird Breakfast Club
