We conclude our 2-part special feature of Janeen and Kennard’s prewedding shoot in India with the photos from the majestic Taj Mahal.
Almost an entire day was spent shooting around the Taj Mahal complex. The place is enormously beautiful and simply enormous in its literal meaning. I think I could spend a week shooting there and still wouldn’t be satisfied. There are a lot of nooks and perspective that can be used to create different moods and looks of the mosque. While I felt that we gave justice to the trip by producing very distinctive photos of the Taj and shooting at what we consider its best angles, I know that there are so much more left to explore and do. The place is just inexhaustible.
Starting from the first part of this series, I’ve spoken about India, the Taj Mahal, the wonderful photos that we shot there, and the people we met. Yet greater than all of these is the reason they happened in the first place, and that is Janeen and Kennard. Without their spirit in seeking the utmost best, their taste on the distinctly beautiful, their audacity to journey the uncertain, and their will to take on and do anything, none of these would take place. They didn’t only put these all together but being in it, they made every photograph captivatingly pretty.
An experience that was worth every second of sleeplessness and the scrap of sweat. Enjoy :)
