Photographers get a lot of the praise and credit every time a great photoshoot is published. But honestly, our couples contribute so much more than the credit they deserve. Take for example this pre wedding shoot of Joanne and George. If you ask anyone how to get to Hamilo coast form Manila, almost everyone will answer either taking the Cavite Expressway or via Tagaytay. Of course both answers are correct and both answers are obvious. When Joanne and George decided to have their pre-wedding shoot in the said waterside, they chose the more obscure and definitely more badass way – via the South China Sea.

So yes, we ditched the road and traversed the waters instead. The move rewarded us with a spectacle that not many people see and an encounter you only find in movies. We randomly chose one of the sundry untouched island we chanced upon as our first location and the textures up close were amazing. Surely it was a sign of things to come as I felt that the shoot just got better and better. We chose not to dock on the popular beaches and stayed true to the unrecognisable.

Lastly, can I just please say that I am left amazed with the front-of-the-camera aura of Joanne and George. They were just in a whole different world and it gives me the shivers everytime I look at their photos – intensely captivating.
