Jona and Carlo | A Metrophoto Prenup Shoot

It’s always a challenge to shoot fellow artists, you feel that they analyse and judge every thing that you try to do (which is true). Shooting Carlo Saavedra, an excellent painter, is no different – he asks the right questions and knows exactly what he wants. I was confident, but of course, the margin of errors here are much less. The good thing about all these is that while they knew exactly what they liked, they also know how to execute it AND that they are willing to do anything and are extremely comfortable in front of the camera. Together, we were able to create some really interesting and amazing images just at the backyard of their house in Tagaytay.

I honestly feel intimidated by Carlo – a true-to-life artist who unlike me, is a born creator. I feel undeserving beside him but he is ultra nice and really understands the difference between our fields and what it takes to accomplish something. He has one of the most beautiful brides I have ever shot in Jona, and we all had an amazing time shooting these. Hope you enjoy them too.
