The Angkor Wat Temple in Seam Reap was a sight to behold. It’s really just old stones but there’s something about it that just took my breath away. I felt overwhelmed with the opportunity to shoot there so I told myself that the goal was to come-up with nothing short of magnificent. Of course I knew I was kidding myself, but it’s always good to overshoot your goals. :)

This is an e-session that felt so much like a vacation. Thanks to Eric and Lalaine who are awesome travel buddies, they have researched and were fully prepared and were willing to try different things for us to get immersed in the Khmer culture. From weird-looking fruits to crocodile meat, we had a taste of what Seam Reap had to offer. We tried to look for the grilled tarantulas but we didn’t find it – which is a relief! hahaha.

Ok so first things first. We had a lot of photos from this trip so I decided to cut it into a few posts. Today’s feature is the mother of all them – the Angkor Wat. Enjoy :)
