Our feature on the Santorini destination wedding of Dimitra and Nicos is not yet over and we’re happy to finish it off with their trash the dress session, also in the town of Imerovigli. And I said in my previous post of their wedding photos that there is just too many of the good stuff, here are definitely some more.

A sneak peek of Nikos and Dmitra’s Santorini Wedding. The ceremony was held at the island’s highest point in Imerovigli, Santorini. So grateful to be blessed with a destination wedding that is as amazing as this. Stay tuned for more photos from this Santorini destination wedding soon. :)

While I was out shooting in Santorini late last year, I made a comment saying that the place is inexhaustible. For a destination photographer like me, it was not only like a goose that lays golden eggs for beautiful photographs after beautiful photographs but it’s like a whole golden goose farm of endless money. It was the fountain of epicness!

And epic indeed was our shoot there. We had Jaris (pronounced as Ha-ris) and Evgenia (or Jenny to those who is having a hard time like me) for their Trash the Dress session and I don’t think we could have gotten better subjects. They are as awesome and the place and Jenny is probably one of the most gorgeous bride I had the chance to work with. I had everything served to me in a silver platter (more of white and blue actually) and I took every bit of advantage that I can.

I’m grateful to Wedpro for the invitation they gave to shoot and share ideas with them and I cannot wait for the next one.

I’m going to say it upfront. I’m sure some explanation is required when the title says Santorini in Greece and then you don’t see the breathtaking white and blue houses cascading toward the Mediterranean sea. So yes, these photos of Jaris and Evgenia are still in the awesome island of Santorini in Greece. But instead of what’s expected, we shot in areas that’s not as common as discovered during the scouting of the Wedpro team.

Rich red volcanic rocks define this shoot that we had right smack in the middle of noon for a whole different intense feel of the light (that’s evident in the high contrast feel of the photos). Sure enough our couple provided the justice needed to create something hot as the midday sun. hahaha.
