The Wedding of Monica and Giordan

The weddings that we shoot are plentiful. All of them are beautiful and all of them are unique. It maybe my nth time to shoot such an event but I always keep in mind that to the couple, this is their first and, almost always, their only time. So I don’t take that away from them. I get as excited and as thrilled with every aspect and every moment of the celebration. This not only makes me enjoy the experience but allow me to shoot it differently as well.

Today’s wedding is that of Monica and Giordan. Many of our regular visitors would recognise these two good-looking individuals from their pre-wedding shoot in Mangalaan Cave in Bulacan that we recently featured. They made such an amazing spectacle to what were typical rock formations and an even more typical swamp. Their wedding is no different. The day was filled with rousing emotions and exquisite things. I have to say that both their families are such a delight to know and shoot and were an absolute extension to how Monica and Giordan are.

Monica’s dainty and seemingly naive persona, sort of fooled me. She was as fierce and as confident as anyone I have ever shot. Of course I already know this from the shoot in Bulacan but she even turned it up a notch in the wedding – she was captivating in front of the camera in so many ways. I don’t think any of that would be possible without the support of her ever-gallant now-husband Giordan who perfectly complemented his bride.

Firsts are always special and no matter how many weddings I shoot, they are always firsts to me. Every moment is different and let us enjoy those Monica and Giordan in these photos.
