If I come to think of it, we shoot more pre-wedding shoots outside Manila than within it. In fact, the disparity is so wide that one wouldn’t think that we are based in the Philippines just by looking at our pre-wedding portfolio.

I guess this a testament to the couple that book us for their shoots. They are those that know what it takes to make the most out of the Metrophoto experience and we take pride in that.

Fascinatingly, our feature today is a shoot in Manila. In no less than the Luneta Hotel and the Manila Post Office, I guess one could say that they don’t get more Manila than these two place – ok maybe, Binondo and Intramuros.

Sam and Erwin actually planned to shoot in Hokkaido in Japan but sometimes these things don’t work out as initially intended so I made sure that whatever we lacked by not going overseas, we make up with the proper vision and execution. These together with Sam and Erwin’s undeniable charms and readiness in the shoot allowed us to create frame after frame of shots that were unique beautiful and extremely elegant. It was like being in Manila many decades ago if not being in a city in Europe.

It’s true that more and more people are going farther and farther for their pre-wedding shoots and we so love that. But shooting within the country’s capital is a choice anyone can make. We do make amazing destinations photographs but just the same, we also do them amazingly here. Enjoy.
