Contemporary Engagement Sessions | Aaron and Monica

This year metrophoto is shooting more than a hundred weddings and almost the same number of e-session/trash the dress photoshoots. It’s hard to imagine how it is even possible to come-up, not only with consistently great shoots, but with shoots that gets better each and every time. But that is the very reason our calendar is filled-up to brim – we create extraordinary AND ORIGINAL photographs for each of our wonderful couples.

There is uniqueness to every couple that’s in love and new and better ideas are always abound – couple these with a lot of zeal and a personal connection and you get what we always get, get it? hahaha =)

Take this amazing shoot of Aaron and Monica for example. They are a very modest couple who are willing exert what’s needed for an idea that I just came across a Miley Cyrus MTV – yep, a drive-in movie theater. How is that even decently doable in such a small scale production? We are blessed with such great people to deal with and work with =)

Im just stoked on how awesome Aaron and Monica really worked everything in the shoot and how it showed how lovely of a couple they are =) the shoot got awesomer when we were able take our signature “painting with lights” techniques in one of the photos (see the cover photo? yep, last week that was the most popular photo in facebook hahaha). This technique was a metrophoto original that we introduced more than two years ago when we were starting out. Check out these old samples that we had here, here and here. hahaha =)

Enjoy the photos =) and check out some behind-the-scenes photos at the bottom =)

and here are some behind-the-scenes photos on how we did this shoot =)
