Today’s post is both heart-warming and heart-breaking.

Last month, Niersen and Bev set out to have a very beautiful wedding. You can clearly see the fulfillment in their faces al-throughout the day. After all they got almost all of the best for their biggest, there was nothing to regret, it was a dream come true.

A few weeks after the wedding, I got a message from Niersen that Bev’s dad had passed away. I was in disbelief. I vividly still remember Bev’s dad from their wedding because he was such a pleasant man and more because of how emotional he was during Bev’s bridal march. It was just so hard to believe what had happened and how easy it is for life to be taken away from us.

If there is a bright side to such fate, it is the fact that Bev’s dad was able to stand witness and walk her youngest daughter down the aisle on her most important day. And I’m sure that while it is unfortunate, he would love all of us to enjoy all these moments of him and his daughter. :)
