We’re still trying to catch-up with the features from our beautiful weddings from the end of last year. And what more fitting way to continue with it with one where we had one of Metrophoto’s most recent iconic shots – that amazing group shot on top of a yacht.

Cherry and Al are very meticulous, Al in particular – pun intended. Al makes sure that every little detail about their wedding is not only done correctly but done exceptionally. He asked me what would be an awesome groupshot and I told him that if we put everyone on top of a yacht and then I shoot it from another place outside the yacht, that that would be outstanding. It would be very challenging because of the requirements of resources and time, but it would just really stand out.

Given that Sofitel is just beside Manila Bay, the possibility was better. And Al made all the necessary arrangements for the permits and in finding the right ship to use. It took quite a while to make the shot possible but we were all so happy to come-up with something that has never been done before.

Kudos to Cherry and Al and to the rest of many many people who made this shoot and this wedding unlike any other. Enjoy the photos.
