A Metrophoto Special | Patricia and Lester

People who are familiar with the Metrophoto brand know that we are more than just about photographs. That we consciously affect many facets of our clients’ experience to leave not only our works of art but also the works of our hearts.

Sometimes this does not necessitate us to be good friends to our couples, but more often than not, an enriching and lasting bond is formed. One of the best examples of this is with that of Pat and Lester.

We knew Pat much earlier because we continuously work with her when we have weddings together. Right from the beginning, there was already admiration towards her and her work. Pat was an epitome of class and a woman who’s going to get through it all.

And, of course, there is Lester. If Pat is all that we described her to be, Lester is a bit of a mystery. He’s Pat’s boyfriend, and then it stops there. I think he likes it that way.

We got to know these two more as a couple when we started planning their prenup shoot in Iceland. And around that time, Pat went through one of the most trying times of her career. It was when she got to weed out the people who were not true to her and started her ‘rebuild’ with those real ones that stayed.

Everything has been great (notwithstanding the pandemic) since then. The Iceland shoot was terrific, Pat’s career and business have been better than ever, and then this, their two-weeks-in-the-making intimate wedding that has been raved about everywhere. And why wouldn’t it? It is impeccable in every detail, and it is beautiful in every way – it has Pat written all around it.

The best part for Metrophoto in all of these is that we get to be a part of it. And that means through both the good and the bad, and that also means beyond than just the photos and beyond than just the wedding. Enjoy.
