Before the pandemic, I was shooting a lot of Tinghun ceremonies, and it’s been a while since I’ve shot one that is this big. The guests and venue were like the old normal, but of course still making sure that everyone, from suppliers to the guests, was safe! 

I missed this festive mood that used to be a normal thing of the past. I was so used to big and extravagant celebrations in the past, but since the pandemic, I have come to appreciate these little things of how we can have fun, celebrate, create beautiful photographs and continuously be cautious of our safety. 

As we continue living in an extension of this GCQ, may we all take good care of ourselves so we can look forward to a future that we can consider as the better normal. Kudos to Evelyn and Neil for a successful celebration of tradition that was ELEVATED. SAFE. BEAUTIFUL. #onlymetrophoto
