Joy and Rodz’s wedding was originally scheduled last March 14. Yes, the day before the lockdown. But being a responsible couple, they didn’t push through with it for the safety of their family, friends, suppliers and most especially, themselves. I remember how enthusiastic these couple were since day 1 of their planning. I felt their excitement via our text and email exchanges. This is the reason I was personally anticipating their wedding. 

One of the things I observed and loved in Joy and Rodz was their eye for beauty. I remember them telling me that they love the look and feel of San Sebastian Church, which I believe is one of the better churches in Manila in terms of Aesthetic. Sadly due to unforeseen events, they had to change their church to the San Agustin Church which is not a letdown either. But despite the change of venue, the beauty of Joy and Rodz’s marriage and love was able to illuminate more in an aesthetically beautiful church. Enjoy!
