Karen and Billy | A Manila Marriott Wedding

If I would describe Karen and Billy’s pre-wedding, it would be simple yet striking, straightforward yet stylish, and subdued yet spirited. The contrast of shooting inside a furniture shop where all is structured and neat to that of shooting on top of a building where it is very open and spontaneous provided a story to tell with its many variations. I love how this shoot shows adaptability.

Here at Metrophoto, adaptability is we practice and embrace. From the structured and dramatic to the relaxed and raw, we shoot them beautifully and we shoot them consistently. This is even more evident as you see the photos of Karen and Billy’s wedding as well in this post. During the wedding, almost everything is uninstructed, we rely only on intuition, experience, and in the genuine feeling of all the people involved. Real beauty and love are not hard to shoot, and they are the stories worth telling.

It’s a wonderful opportunity for me to shoot slices is a life that speaks of love and passion, much like that of Karen and Billy. From the pre-wedding shoot to the wedding day itself, it shows how we at Metrophoto can adjust and handle beautifully any situations and locations given to us. Because at the end of the day, we are here to tell their story in the ways that suit them and not us. I hope you enjoy!
