As ‘back to square one’ as our situation seems to be, I can’t help but feel a little more hopeful this year compared to the lockdown last year. Aside from the fact that vaccines are already on the rollout, I have witnessed how people bounced back to celebrate as the restrictions were gradually lifted towards the end of 2020.

With all the uncertainties before, no one knew how weddings will happen or when they will happen. But they did. There were a lot of adjustments at first but everyone played their parts. Because of this, weddings like today’s feature of Meryll and Rowel’s happened as scheduled and in beautiful fashion.

It feels good to relive these photos. Not only are they stunning stories of love and perseverance but they are also a symbol of hope and a window to a time of triumph. May this inspire all of us today, keep us motivated, and make us continue to share love around us.
