After months of being cooped up at home because of the ECQ, we were finally given a chance to carry out Art and Raciel’s pre-wedding shoot in Batangas when the country entered GCQ.

I was excited because it was my first photoshoot outside after the lockdown was lifted. But a part of me was worried because of all the checkpoints we had to go through from Quezon City all the way to Batangas. I was worried that they wouldn’t let us pass even though we had our medical certificates. Yet, lo and behold, everything went smoothly.

That is exactly what we all needed—a breath of fresh air. Even though it was just for a while, it was an opportunity for Art and Raciel to leave their troubles behind and just focus on one another.
