Conrad Hotel Weddings | Muriel and Herson

We all know that Easter is about the resurrection of Christ, and if there is anything different about this year’s Easter, it would be that the rebirth is beyond that; it’s also about the return to life of our ways of life after the pandemic has greatly diminished it.

And to commemorate such a special Easter, we’re sharing with you today photos from a wedding that’s uplifting in spirit and divine in beauty. The wedding of Muriel and Herson Sy wasn’t filled with so much ostentation, after all, it’s an intimate celebration, but it was overflowing with modesty, joy, and most of all, liberty. It’s a celebration that doesn’t need to shout, but whose impact on those who were there was profound.

It was one of my most anticipated weddings, made more thrilling because we weren’t sure how the world would turn out as the day drew nearer. In the end, it was nothing but success. We were provided not only with one of the most beautiful brides in Muriel but also with access to the most exciting of shooting locations – a helipad, a yacht, and yes, the ‘whole world’ a.k.a. the MOA globe all to ourselves.

Thank you again to Muriel and Herson for all the love and trust – including the thrust to make sure we get the best photos that tell their love story. May you feel renewed hope and excitement as you enjoy the images below.
