Iloilo Wedding Photographer | Anna and Aljun

We’ve done a lot of weddings outside of Metro Manila, and while we clearly do a lot of beautiful and out-of-the-box stuff here, I’m impressed to say that weddings we shoot in wonderful places elsewhere carry their weight when it comes to production.

A place that always comes to mind is Iloilo, and when I think of Iloilo, I think of the weddings of the Tan family. From a helicopter and the sports complex in Pia and Alvin weddings (check it here) to the top of the city capitol, mangroves and windmills with Chin and Tata (check it here), and this time, speedboats and an entire FLYOVER for the wedding of Aljun and Anne. Mere words cannot even begin to describe the ‘flex’ these things allow me as a photographer to achieve or to just even think and I’m always deeply grateful to this family for the love (and power) they give me.

I still get infused by adrenaline just thinking about the time they endorsed the flyover to me. Talk about something I felt was above (pun intended) my capabilities. But we put our heads down and tried to rise to the occasion – I hope we did, and I guess we did. You can view the entire feature to find out. And when we marvel at the grandeur of the things I mentioned, let’s also appreciate all the little details and moments that put together the incredible wedding story of Aljun and Anne. Enjoy.
